FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

For the most part, we're at your wedding to respond to and record what we see without intervention, so we're comfortable adapting to your timeline. If we're not also photographing your wedding, however, we will reach out to your photographer and ask to keep in touch with them as the plan for your day develops. It's important that we're not in the way of your photographer, blocking shots or delaying formals.

An on-camera interview gives us the opportunity to learn about you, to anticipate interactions at your wedding, and to obtain sound bites for use in your videos.

Call, text, or email us to see if we're available on your date! A $450 deposit secures your date. This is applied toward (reduces) your total package price. We accept cards through Square and checks by mail.

Square is a secure company that processes payments. You've probably used them at a shop or restaurant.

So many factors (weather, jurisdiction, nearby features, permission, time) impact drone flight that we cannot guarantee our drone will fly at your wedding. Likewise, there isn't a discount for going without it: it's a possible feature built into our full package.

The drone allows us to capture fantastic views, but something with the noise rating of a flying lawnmower is never a welcome guest at the ceremony itself.

We'll deliver your videos to one of our hosting platforms, from which you can download and share them.

The full ("Feature") package offers more variety and a greater cinematic feel. Most of the jaw-dropping work you see in modern wedding videography is made possible with multiple cameras: a couple dedicated to must-have angles, plus one or two capturing daring, dynamic shots. Plus, because we'll have more cameras rolling for more of your day, we can include moments that otherwise might have been missed. And some of those cameras can be dedicated to specialty applications, such as slow-motion or flight. All of the example videos included on our homepage have been produced as part of a full package.

Some couples are looking for a simpler professional production. The "Document" package is a step up from traditional wedding videography. It offers cleaner, more stable, more distinct video and audio than the old approach.

Yes! But not every song is available to be licensed for your video. We'll work with you to choose the right soundtrack for your wedding.

In an era when anyone with a camera and a ballcap could be your videographer, you have a few choices anywhere you go. But imaging weddings has been our business since 2010. We've filmed everything from homespun affairs to high-end, exclusive, nuptial-events. Our focus on weddings and our professionalism make us the kind of people you want to put on the invite list.
